Somewhere between a PowerPoint presentation and a full-fledged video is the audio slideshow. Creating audio slideshows can be a good way to add meaning to slides that otherwise might not mean much without a presenter. Here are some ways that students can create audio slideshows.

Richard Byrne from Free Technology for Teachers has put together a short list of great audio slideshow tools. I have scooped all the tools separately before but in this post there is a neat annotation about each tool and a very useful tutorial how to make a slideshow on YouTube.
