There is an interesting job interview scenario doing the rounds on various social media platforms of late, about how a candidate gets hired largely by virtue of positive attitude and taking ownership. Seemingly unimportant deeds such as switching off the lights when one is the last person to leave the room, or even acknowledging the security personnel, go a long way in making the right impression to prospective employers.
