I have participated in many conversations on the topics of handwriting and spelling instruction. This article provided and interesting take on the ongoing debate. I enjoyed reading about the connections that have been made between  handwriting and spelling instruction to student achievement. I would like to read more articles that addressed the brain activity connected to these processes.
