I've created this curation collection to save articles that help me understand what modern health in society is.  The articles here are general in nature and placed here to promote discussion. We advise that you talk with your health professional before changing any of your medication or treatment options.  Any of the online courses listed here may (or may not) be open for access or enrolment. Learn how to manage your diabetes through Curtin’s new MOOC - News and Events | Curtin University, Perth, Western Australia | Hospitals and Healthcare | Scoop.it
People with diabetes will have the opportunity to learn how to manage the complex condition through Curtin’s latest Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), Life with Diabetes.

The MOOC will cover a set of five modules focusing on the different types of diabetes, who is at risk of developing diabetes and how each type of diabetes is treated.

Curtin University School of Public Health lecturer Ms Patricia Marshall said the MOOC was designed to help those with diabetes confidently manage their condition.
