Australia's medicines regulator has clarified a mistake on its website that wrongly showed a six-year-old girl had experienced "heavy menstrual bleeding" and other illnesses after receiving the Pfizer vaccine, symptoms which were supposed to be attributed to a 41-year-old woman.
