I've been using the 'one month free trial' and am very impressed with this exercise system. Motivational instructors, solid workouts and all from the comfort of your own home! You don't need the Apple Watch, you can do the workouts from an iPad or iPhone/AppleTV. Buy a small set of your own dumbells to do the strength training. If you have an indoor cycle/treadmill/rower then you can do those workouts, but this is a solid, cost effective ($10 a month if you pay for a year in advance OR $15 a month, cancel at any time) fitness system.
