For his latest study, exercise and nutrition expert, John Hawley, wanted to examine a health regime that was “as easy as humanly possible” to maintain. To do this, he looked at the combined impact of time-restricted eating (TRE) and high intensity interval training (HIIT). The results, Hawley says, are “the most promising” of his 40 year career.
