Hobby's are essential to well being. They provide meaning and purpose. They also remind us that there is more to life than simply bringing home a paycheck.
If you don't have something yet start practicing. You will only know what you really enjoy by experimenting. Go for that art class, or yoga session. Try that kickboxing class. Trial and error will help you find what works for you.
