Virtual Birth Video in Second Life...
In the below video we see another Virtual Birth in Second Life. This video is particularly graphic. After the birth you see the 3d baby being washed and monitored before given to his mother. The video is about 6 minutes long.

The Ann Meyers Medical Center http://slurl.com/secondlife/Fashion%20Boulevard%20II/69/49/22 (please select text and copy it to your browser if this link is not working automatically) aims to educate medical students and nurses in the virtual environment of Second Life. In regular meetings, students can learn from educators through interactive and clearly visualized case presentations. Regularly there are speeches on several topics.

Professor Robin Watts guided a project investigating the possibilities of using the 3D virtual world of Second Life ® in teaching and learning for nurses and pharmacy students.
Students and tutors can review their progress and reflect upon the decisions made about treating the patient. All activity in the clinic is logged and connects to a Moodle (LMS) installation via an opensource mashup called SLOODLE.
