According to a recent Educause survey, the number of students expressing preferences for courses that are mostly or completely online has increased 220% since the onset of the pandemic, from 9% in 2020 (before March 11) to 29% in 2022.

Insights gathered from a report about online students. 1,500 students were polled. Online learning is longer a new trend and students are more savvy about researching programs and getting what they want out of these programs. The majority of these students polled are taking these online courses to advance in or change jobs. |
